Commercial Painter

About Kostusiak Coatings

Kostusiak Coatings is a trusted painting contractor serving residential and commercial clients across Western New York. We are known for quality workmanship, reliable crews, and professional service. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced painter to our team.

Pay

  • $21–$24/hr based on experience

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Some evenings and weekends may be required

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior painting on commercial and residential projects
  • Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, masking, and priming
  • Apply coatings using brush, roller, and spray equipment
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Work independently and with team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of painting experience
  • Experience with commercial and residential projects
  • Knowledge of brush, roll, and spray applications
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Dependable work ethic and attention to detail
