Crew Lead/Painter Commercial and Residential

Here at Kostusiak Coatings we’re looking for an experienced Residential / Commercial Painter Crew Lead to join our growing team!


?? Pay: $25-$30/HR
?? Location: Local projects – steady, year-round work


?? What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage a crew on residential & commercial projects while working side by side with your team
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency on every job
• Read plans, prep surfaces, and oversee all phases of painting
• Communicate with clients and project managers
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness


? What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years professional painting experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of prep, coatings, and finishes
• Ability to manage crew productivity and achieve deadlines
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
