Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial painting projects
• Supervise and support painting crews on active job sites
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Perform prep work and painting using brush, roller, and spray applications
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Maintain organized and safe job sites
• Monitor materials and equipment needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of painting experience preferred
• Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of prep work, coatings, and paint applications
• Ability to manage projects and crews effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
