Painting Foreman

Kostusiak Coatings is hiring an experienced Painting Foreman to oversee residential and commercial painting projects throughout Western New York. This position is ideal for a skilled painter who can lead crews, maintain production schedules, and ensure every project meets our quality standards.

Pay

  • $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Responsibilities

  • Lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects

  • Coordinate daily job site activities and project workflow

  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work

  • Train, mentor, and support crew members

  • Perform painting and preparation work as needed

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and management

  • Ensure job sites remain safe, organized, and productive

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional painting experience

  • Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of painting systems, coatings, and preparation methods

  • Ability to manage crews and maintain project schedules

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
